Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Accommodation
• Leasing a property 

We use the information that you have given us to provide you with accommodation. We may share this information with our clients.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal information for 6 months. We will then dispose of your information by taking the necessary steps to ensure erasure from backup systems as well as live systems.
